2025 Annual Meeting of the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network.

In 2025, we sustained and scaled our impact through targeted collaboration, co-investment, and operational efficiency. Bringing on new partners and supporters energized our strategic initiatives and significantly strengthened our capacity for collective execution.

These partnerships ensured the long-term sustainability of our work while fostering shared accountability across organizations. At the same time, improvements in data integration, process optimization, and cross-sector coordination allowed us to maximize resource efficiency and deliver broader, more meaningful results.

Transforming Brazil takes dedicated, highly skilled people who are committed to working together. As we conclude the first cycle of our 2031 vision, we celebrate #TimaçoFL (#LemannDreamTeam): a team of professionals whose diverse backgrounds, expertise, and perspectives drive the reach and effectiveness of our initiatives day in and day out. Across education, technology, public management, and communications, this multidisciplinary depth strengthens our capacity to act with rigor and deliver lasting results.

In 2025, our team reached 70 staff members, 50% of whom identify as Afro-Brazilian and 70% as women. Across leadership roles, women held 73% of positions and Afro-Brazilian professionals represented 27%, reflecting our steadfast commitment to internal diversity and equity. Throughout the year, we deepened our investment in talent development through a continuous learning journey. Key milestones included the Talent Management Cycle Training, conducted in partnership with McKinsey; specialized development tracks for leaders and senior leadership; and an international learning immersion with peer organizations in the United States.

A defining moment of the year was our team-wide Racial Equity Immersion in October. Visiting Quilombo Caxambú and engaging in structured collective reflection grounded our team in historical context, active listening, and institutional responsibility. Most importantly, it reinforced our commitment to integrating racial equity into the core of our decision-making, organizational practices, and strategic partnerships.
