Foundation Leaders Network.
2025 Lemann Foundation Leaders Network Annual Meeting. In 2025, the Lemann Foundation accelerated its Leadership Development agenda, broadening its reach and empowering changemakers across multiple sectors. The number of leaders in high-impact positions rose from 665 to more than 1,270, surpassing the target of 900 (54% women and 41% Afro-Brazilian leaders). This growth underscores the strength of our programs, networks, and development opportunities in fostering purpose-driven careers in public administration, civil society, research, and social enterprise.
Our work to strengthen public management also delivered measurable impact. Leadership and talent-attraction initiatives expanded their reach across state and municipal administrations, turning into permanent civil service training structures. This shift reinforces institutional capacity and ensures the long-term continuity of vital public policies.
We further advanced equity by expanding pathways for underrepresented leaders. On the global stage, we launched Trajetórias Institute to help talented Brazilians gain admission to world-class graduate programs. Simultaneously, our racial equity initiatives spanning research, executive training, and peer networks promoted the inclusion and growth of Afro-Brazilian leaders in decision-making roles.
Concluding our first three-year strategic cycle, over 9,000 individuals have engaged with Lemann Foundation-backed programs, forming a strong, diverse coalition dedicated to building a more equitable Brazil.
