Students in the Recife municipal school network (PE).In 2025, Motriz centered its efforts on strengthening the Middle School education, translating its multi-year strategic plan into structural organizational impact. This period was marked by the development of proprietary methodologies and instruments aligned with major federal initiatives led by the Ministry of Education (MEC), most notably the Adolescent Schools Program (Escola das Adolescências), the Full-Time School Program (Programa Escola em Tempo Integral), and the Toda Matemática policy.
On the ground, Motriz deepened its full-time upper grades strategy across the state of Ceará, and the cities of Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro state) and Recife (Pernambuco state). The organization also expanded its reach into the states of Piauí and Alagoas, as well as the municipalities of Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul state), Serra (Espírito Santo state), and Cabo de Santo Agostinho (Pernambuco state). This expansion helped standardize core methodologies and drive the adoption of scalable, replicable models. Simultaneously, Motriz advanced its racial equity agenda by prioritizing pedagogical monitoring for the 25% of schools serving the highest proportions of Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous students.
In 2025, Motriz synthesized outcomes from its 2019–2023 five-year evaluation cycle, analyzing partner education networks that joined between the first half of 2020 and the second half of 2022, representing over 650,000 basic education students assessed. The data revealed remarkable gains equivalent to nearly four additional months of learning per year in Portuguese and Mathematics across both Elementary and Middle Schools. These gains were also consistent among Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous students, demonstrating accelerated academic progress alongside significant strides in educational equity.
On the innovation front, Motriz digitized its educational data collection flows, driving down operational costs and laying the groundwork for automated pedagogical recommendations set to launch in 2026. This cutting-edge model was selected for the HundrED Global Collection 2026, standing out among more than 3,000 global submissions. The annual collection honors impactful, highly scalable educational innovations transforming learning for millions of students, educators, and communities worldwide.

Ceará State
Motriz supported the statewide rollout of PAIC Integral (Programa de Aprendizagem na Idade Certa) in Ceará, driving the expansion of full-time education across the state. Key efforts included generating diagnostic implementation studies through the Observatory and helping all 184 municipalities craft tailored plans to extend the school day. To measure progress, Motriz deployed its proprietary Learning Predictors diagnostic tool statewide to systematically monitor policy execution.
