Call for Proposals: Strengthening Full-Time Education in the Middle School

In 2025, the Lemann Foundation, in partnership with Itaú Social and Porticus, launched the Call for Proposals to Strengthen Full-Time Education in the Middle School. Designed to support organizations partnering with public education networks, the initiative promotes evidence-based models aligned with the Pedagogical Framework for Full-Time Education and the School for Adolescents Policy.

Nationwide in scope and running through 2028, the call for proposals integrates grant funding, technical assistance, and continuous monitoring to advance solutions focused on learning, inclusion, and the holistic development of students in grades 6 through 9 of Elementary School. In 2025, the initiative structured its governance and strategy and selected organizations that will begin implementing projects in Brazil’s North and Northeast regions in 2026.
