Ensina 2025 Intensive Training.Since 2016, Ensina Brasil has trained impact-driven leaders dedicated to advancing educational equity through classroom instruction in public schools. Supported by the Lemann Foundation, the initiative has fostered a diverse alumni network while expanding its scope beyond instruction to build career pathways in public education management.
A key 2025 milestone was the launch of the Impulso Program, designed to support experienced public school educators currently serving in mid-level and senior management roles across education departments, addressing a critical gap in tailored professional development. The first cohort featured a rigorous, diversity-focused nationwide selection process, delivering hybrid training on strategic management, leadership, and equity. The program attracted an exceptionally senior-level cohort, including education secretaries, chiefs of staff, and department directors, underscoring strong demand for executive-level civil service training. In tandem, the new Public Leadership Track (Trilha de Liderança Pública) was introduced to expand specialized support for alumni seeking to launch or accelerate a career in the public sector.
