For more than three decades, the Estudar Foundation has identified, developed, and supported high-potential young Brazilians, fostering academic excellence and cultivating leaders committed to driving positive impact across the country.

Throughout 2025, the organization focused on refining the selection process for the Estudar Leaders Scholarship Program and integrating Tech Fellows into the main program. This alignment enhanced talent development across strategic sectors like technology and strengthened a vibrant, lifelong leadership network.

Merging the initiatives increased the program’s overall scale and reinforced its scholarship fund, backed by a broad coalition of donors. Engagement across the Estudar Leaders Network also advanced through meetings, local chapters, mentorship, and structured connections between different cohorts.

The initiative is backed by three founding partners: the Lemann Foundation, the Telles Foundation, and the Brava Foundation. In 2025, the Lemann Foundation remained a strategic partner and funder, focusing on tracking career trajectories, analyzing career impact, strengthening leadership data infrastructure, and, especially, connecting these trajectories with public-interest agendas.
