Leadership Development Programs
Launch of Leadership Track.Enhancing public sector performance requires building capacity among decisionmakers. Grounded in this principle, Motriz Lideranças recruits, trains, and places high-impact talent into strategic roles within municipal and state administrations. Operating within the VAMOS Partnership, a joint-initiative advancing people management in the public sector, Motriz established the Fortalecer Program and spearheaded the delivery of local Leadership Development Programs (LDPs). Guided by practical problem-solving, competency frameworks, and institutionalization, these programs meet the needs of diverse locations where it operates.
Equity serves as a foundational pillar, with proactive measures broadening career pathways for Afro-Brazilian and women leaders. This evolution marks a significant shift toward consolidating these as permanent people-management practices.
In 2025, 13 localized programs were deployed across Brazil, reaching more than 2,000 public leaders, including nearly 1,000 occupying key strategic roles. These initiatives paired applied professional training with institutional support to formalize regulations and integrate them into HR workflows, complemented by organizational diagnostics, job taxonomy mapping, and structural support for HR departments and public administration schools.
