Since its inception in 2020, the Rainhas Institute has worked to foster economic autonomy and leadership among Afro-Brazilian women, specially in peripheral and underserved communities. Its main program, Rainha$ do Futuro, launched in 2023, combines management and leadership training, one-on-one mentorship, and direct financial support.

In 2025, alongside its annual selection of 21 Afro-Brazilian women for the core program pathway, the initiative expanded access through certified open-enrollment courses. This reached an additional 63 participants across tracks in Afro-Brazilian feminism, financial literacy, and leadership. Since 2023, three consecutive cycles have been completed, consolidating the model and expanding its support network.
