Public Management Trainee Program
TGP immersion in Espírito Santo.Designed by Motriz Lideranças as a strategic talent pipeline for state and municipal governments, the Public Management Trainee Program (TGP, Trainee de Gestão Pública) combines merit-based recruitment, experiential training, and placement in key public roles. Over time, TGP transitioned from a Motriz-led initiative into a transferrable methodology gradually embedded within state and municipal administrative frameworks. In 2025, efforts focused on deepening this transition to anchor the program as an enduring public policy for leadership development.
Milestones included scaling onboarding programs for new civil servants in Piauí, consolidating Recife’s GGOV Network (Rede de Governança), and structuring state-level TGP frameworks that define customized public selection criteria and professional growth pathways.
Ultimately, TGP has expanded access to government careers, boosted diversity in strategic decision-making roles, and established a proven, highly rated pathway for cultivating future public sector leadership.
