Four Institute brings together talent from different regions and fields to discuss Brazil’s main challenges and develop projects capable of generating impact at scale. Launched in 2015, the organization’s flagship ProLíder Program celebrated ten years of nurturing young leaders committed to transforming the country by welcoming its milestone 10th cohort.

Participants take part in discussions with experts, mentorship, diagnostic work on Brazil’s challenges, and the development of solutions in strategic areas such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, sustainability, technology, and innovation. The program is also structured around training, entrepreneurship, and public leadership pathways, allowing participants to deepen their projects in strategic fields for national development.

Another core pillar of the initiative is building a vibrant leadership network. Upon completing the program, participants are invited to join Four Institute’s network of fellows, an alumni community that fosters ongoing collaboration, strategic connections, and professional development. To date, ProLíder has trained more than 400 leaders and supported the creation of approximately 200 social-impact projects across Brazil.
