2025 Lemann Foundation Leaders Network Annual Meeting.

In 2025, the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network reaffirmed its role as a driver of collective solutions for Brazil’s most pressing challenges. Concurrently, the network enhanced its professional development offerings, rolling out pilot programs designed to accelerate leadership trajectories across key sectors. The network also modernized its technological infrastructure, successfully relaunching Conecta, an exclusive virtual platform connecting members nationwide.

These advances further the Network’s long-term vision: increasing member placement in high-impact leadership positions, deepening partnerships with employer organizations, and fostering a resilient, interconnected talent community.

Connections that Generate Solutions and Advance Leadership Trajectories

In 2025, the Lemann Foundation Leaders Network expanded its strategic impact across two complementary pillars: co-creating solutions to systemic public challenges and advancing member representation in high-level leadership roles. Through the Network Solutions Challenge, around 250 experts collaborated to address nine national priority areas, spanning educational equity, institutional innovation, climate adaptation, racial inclusion, and responsible use of AI.

A standout initiative was an intensive innovation lab hosted alongside the São Paulo State Department of Social Development (SEDS/SP), where 20 leaders dedicated 12 hours to solving a critical social policy bottleneck, delivering two scalable prototypes set for rollout in 2026. Parallel to this, the Career Journey platform matured into a permanent professional development initiative, pairing executive mentoring and strategic networking with targeted opportunity-sharing.
