Comunidade Legisla, an initiative by Legisla Brasil, works to strengthen the legislative branch by developing, engaging, and mobilizing political leaders committed to diversity, innovation, and modernized governance practices. Throughout 2025, it consolidated a more integrated approach, developing key initiatives such as the Legislative Leadership Program (Programa de Lideranças Legislativas) and Nossas Excelências, both focused on training and professional development for strategic public sector personnel.
